If you are unable to keep your appointment, please show us and others the courtesy of canceling at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Your appointment time is set aside specifically for you and I am dedicated to helping you all achieve your health goals. Please help me be able to reverse this policy in the future by giving at least 24 hours notice if you will be missing an appointment. (Last minute cancellations due to unusual and unforeseen circumstances are excluded.)
First missed appointment: Policy reminder/warning
Second missed appointment: ½ price of a follow-up visit ($32.50
Third & subsequent missed appointments: full price of a follow-up visit ($65)
Late Arrivals
Please understand that there may be another individual booked directly after you. If you arrive late to your appointment it may be impossible to give you a full treatment or we may potentially not be able to treat you at all.
Returned Checks
Returned (or "bounced") checks will incur a $25 fee.

From I-81: Take exit 230 towards Hallstead/Great Bend/Susquehanna. From the south take a right and from the north take a left off the exit onto 171 S. Drive 6.6 miles (just past the Priesthood Restoration Site/Mormon Church). On your left you will see a sign for Skinner Hill Road, take this road to the first house on your right it is white with a big ramp out front - #124. (Note: If you pass PennCan Speedway, you have gone too far.)
From Susquehanna: Cross the bridge and take a left onto 171 S. Drive approximately 2 miles (passing PennCan Speedway on your right) and you will see Skinner Road on your right. Take this road to the first house on your right. It is white with a big ramp out front - #124. (Note: If you pass the Priesthood Restoration Site/Mormon Church you have gone too far.)
From Windsor: Take 79 E into Pennsylvania where it will turn into 92 S. Continue on 92 S until it turns into 171 N. At this point drive 2 miles (passing PennCan Speedway on your right) and you will see Skinner Road on your right. Take this road to the first house on your right. It is white with a big ramp out front - #124. (Note: If you pass the Priesthood Restoration Site/Mormon Church you have gone too far.)
